I don't like either Dhiraagu or Wataniya. But, since I use Dhiraagu for all of my communication needs [land line, internet and mobile] I'd say Dhiraagu is ok. Just ok. :P
Wataniya tha. Due to the competition of the two companies, There is a reduce in call rates and it's becoming lower and lower dho. hehehe. wat will happen next:)

As an international business student i have already suggested Dhiraagu act forward, with their internet service, before anybody else jumps in.
Don't wait till the last moment, like you did in mobile communications sector.
That way, it would make you more success, wealth and satisfaction both self and from your customer. In other words everybody will be happy.
Fact: you can do better in the internet service provision.
